I have been with this site for years and have always been satisfied with it but it has recently got better with regards to customer support.
I recently had an issue when attempting to cash out, an error occurred and I had to e-mail customer support. I received a reply quickly from Rachel with my query fully resolved and all the information I needed. An excellent service.

OnePoll informed users through email months after a decision was made that the US would be transferred. I did not want to continue with the new site, yet support said my year worth of points could not be redeemed. That's a year's worth of time wasted.

They banned me after cashing out, which is tantamount to fraud in my opinion. They asked for me to send photographic evidence of my passport and driver's licence. Which I sent as proof of identity.
Then they reinstated my account. Let's see if they'll pay me my money.
They sent me my money on 05/04/2024. So 2 months after originally cashing out. Disappointing.

The things I detest the most about doing surveys is the repetition of questions, repeat surveys on sites and being eliminated from a survey once I've completed it. This has NEVER happened with One Poll. Redemption of rewards is simple and quick. Customer Service is superb. They're quick to respond and very helpful.

I thought I'd claimed a reward but the points were reserved as my computer wasn't enabling pop ups to enter the payment screen. Their customer service resolved this the SAME DAY!! Highly recommend

Got to £25 went to redeem.........................................................
and told your redemption has been rejected because of security issues on your account. Then they asked me to provide ID! Absolutely not! Do you really think I will supply my driving licence or passport which is then open to fraud! It's nice to know this company are scammers. Avoid at all costs!
