Avoid avoid avoid!! Do not use this company. After 18 days of carefully and honestly completing surveys i was nearing my cash out total. Then one morning I found my account had been blocked due to 'multiple answers from fraudulent accounts'. All my points were forfeited and my account was then deleted. They are just a mining exercise for personal information. Don't fall for it.

Don't waste your time with this company. Having completed many surveys, as I was nearing the cash-out threshold they blocked my account - supposedly due to providing "incorrect answers" (which is not true). I asked them to provide evidence of what I'd done wrong, but they refused. Now they're point-blank ignoring my emails asking for an update.

I completely understand the need to gather accurate data, but to arbitrarily close an account without any evidence to back up their decision is outrageous.

I had an issue of my own making…

I had an issue of my own making resulting in my account being blocked. I wrote to customer services explaining the situation and they reinstated my account within 24 hours.

Really good customer service

Like an idiot, I messed up claiming my payment. Rachel fixed this very quickly.

The surveys are plentiful and it's rare to be screened out of one. I highly recommend OnePoll to anyone looking to make a bit of extra cash.

One of the best or possibly the best

Been using onepoll for many years but never taken the trouble to review them. The main reason for this is because I usually review the positives and the negatives about survey sites. Onepoll doesn't really have any negatives.

Yes, you'll get screened out of some surveys but this happens swiftly after one or 2 question rather than at the end of a 20 minute survey like many others I could mention.

The surveys don't pay a small fortune but they're generally quite brief and as such pay fairly.

Also they are the only site I've ever known to increase the amount they pay for their surveys. When I first started using them it was generally 5p or 10p per survey, now it's usually 15p or 20p. They've also reduced their payout threshold to £20 from £25 and believe me that makes a difference.

Payout by BACS or Paypal. Can take a few weeks after claim to receive the payment and they clearly state this.

Nothing underhand here.

Thank you for your review. If we find inconsistencies in the data provided we put the account on hold whilst we investigate. Part of this would be asking for PhotoID. If this has been provided then it is unclear why the account would still be on hold. What wasn't mentioned here was that you had been blocked and warned for poor survey completion on at least 3 occasions which is the reason why your account has not been reinstated

I made an error

I made a silly error in one of the quality control checks on a survey so my account was blocked. Rachel sorted it very quickly for me and my account was reinstated.
Great to deal with and reaction time is second to none

Great review site

Rachel's a superstar

Rachel was super helpful today when my account was blocked (for reasons I couldn't figure out), but after a quick ID check, I'm back in, and Rachel had it all sorted in about an hour.

I made a mistake in Claiming my Reward

I made a mistake in Claiming my Reward, I Emailed them, ASAP for Reversing my Points, Only for me To Get Rejected on my payment the Next Day, I wonder if they Only Pay some People to give reviews here, Because they always claim that Onepoll is helpful even when you make a mistake in claiming your payment, but it's all False

Payment issues resolved

I messed up the process (twice!) to claim the payment for surveys completed. However Rachel was really quick at returning my missing points and even found some I didn’t know I had lost! She gave clear instructions on how to complete the request and the money was paid out really quickly. I look forward to completing many more surveys in the future

Great customer service when account was blocked

My account was blocked while I was abroad trying to complete a survey. turns out it needed to be done from within the UK, which I wasn’t aware of.

I reached out to customer service with an explanation and sent over the necessary evidence. Big thanks to Rachel, who was friendly, fast, and got it all sorted seamlessly.
