I have been with this site for years…

I have been with this site for years and have always been satisfied with it but it has recently got better with regards to customer support.

I recently had an issue when attempting to cash out, an error occurred and I had to e-mail customer support. I received a reply quickly from Rachel with my query fully resolved and all the information I needed. An excellent service.

Do not sign up for US version

OnePoll informed users through email months after a decision was made that the US would be transferred. I did not want to continue with the new site, yet support said my year worth of points could not be redeemed. That's a year's worth of time wasted.

Thank you for your review. OnePoll informed you today what is happening with OnePoll USA as soon as full details were available. If you wish to continue to earn points for surveys all the points you have previously obtained will be transferred across. If you choose not to move that is your choice but the points are there protected for you to add to.

Banned after cashout then account reinstated, later received payment.

They banned me after cashing out, which is tantamount to fraud in my opinion. They asked for me to send photographic evidence of my passport and driver's licence. Which I sent as proof of identity.
Then they reinstated my account. Let's see if they'll pay me my money.

They sent me my money on 05/04/2024. So 2 months after originally cashing out. Disappointing.

Thank you for your review. If you have provided the ID requested and the account has been reinstated then you can reclaim as the points are still in the account. Then you will be paid within 28 days assuming there are no more inconsistencies or problems with surveys. Feel free to update everybody as to the outcome. Thank you for confirming that you received the money redeemed once we had confirmed your identity.

I was having difficulty with their app

I was having difficulty with their app, i contacted the customer service who were most helpful in resolving the issue quickly and efficiently. I love this site and now I have the app, i am confident it will be easier to access using my mobile. Thank you Rachel for. Your help.

The things I detest the most about…

The things I detest the most about doing surveys is the repetition of questions, repeat surveys on sites and being eliminated from a survey once I've completed it. This has NEVER happened with One Poll. Redemption of rewards is simple and quick. Customer Service is superb. They're quick to respond and very helpful.

I have a query about BACS direct. The telephone is never answered. I have tried numerous times. You are diverted to voice mail. I prefer speaking to a human. I would appreciate an urgent call so my matter can be rectified immediately.

Efficient Platform with Reliable Payout

I have had a positive experience using OnePoll to earn money through surveys for many years now, their system allows you to reach the withdrawal threshold smoothly following the community guidelines.

The best Survey Site

This site is the best I've experienced.
Their customer service is beyond excellent.
I thought I'd claimed a reward but the points were reserved as my computer wasn't enabling pop ups to enter the payment screen. Their customer service resolved this the SAME DAY!! Highly recommend

Got to £25 went to redeem and told your…

Got to £25 went to redeem.........................................................
and told your redemption has been rejected because of security issues on your account. Then they asked me to provide ID! Absolutely not! Do you really think I will supply my driving licence or passport which is then open to fraud! It's nice to know this company are scammers. Avoid at all costs!
