Call was answered quickly

Call was answered quickly. Chelsea tried a remedy to reset my pin. As it was unsuccessful she ordered a new card. Everything sorted.
Waiting for card to arrive now.

Was with TSB left them aftet 5 years

Was with TSB left them aftet 5 years, transferred my wages to CashPlus and was offered overdraft immediately.

I’m in love…

The lady operator was absolutely brilliant she sorted what is a fairly lengthy process out for me she fully deserves a bonus or a promotion

Ive had my account for several years…

Ive had my account for several years now and had no problems and when i needed to speak with someone the answered quickly and were very helpfull and polite i would highly recomend to anyone.

I have been very impressed with it all so far , I was a bit nervus as I have always used TSB but I can honestly say so far CASHPLUS bank have been excellent to me

Business Account

Husband recently opened business account, previously with Lloyds.

Called helpline this morning. Answered quickly and very helpful and pleasant.

Problem is you cannot look-up a customer name and payment coming into account, surely this is basic. Will have to trawl through all incoming payments to find info, this could be going back months. Not going to be any use for us.

Helpline did check this for me and confirmed this cannot be done. 🤷‍♀️

Both accounts have been frozen

Both accounts have been frozen, no further email has been received, contacted the customer service, but they said it’s under review! How am I supposed to survive with my hard earned money frozen! Could you do something about this please. If you don’t want me to bank with cashplus, just let me know. This is killing me slowly.

My recent phone query was dealt with in a helpful and patient manner.
The app is user friendly too.

PLEASE AVOIDDDDDDD AT ANY COST!!!
They have not renewed my credit card for 2 years and still not closed my account, resulting in monthly subscription fee and arrears. I have asked them in several occasions to close the account but yet they ignore my request. They have also reported to credit file agencies which is now having an adverse impact on my whole life due to their abuse and fraud.

Please be careful of these scammers

The Bank of my Choice

I have been with Cashplus since shortly after its inception some 19 years ago. I have never had any reason to complain as the service has always been excellent.
Thie is why as I have just started a new LTD company it was a no brainer to choose Cashplus (now a bank,) as my main business account.
Unlike other banks I have never experienced any disruption in service that I wasn't notified about in advance, and which generally takes place in the early hours of Sunday morning.
For many years my main usage of my card was for purchases on the internet, and I have also never experienced felt I was taking any risks with security of my account or money.
Using a Cashplus Account is simple and straightforward which again is a big plus for choosing this online banking facility.

this is a second review as they managed to remove my first.
received an email saying they were going to close my account in 2 months time if I did not provide more information which had been requested. IT HAD NOT BEEN REQUESTED! closed my account with no prior warning. restricted access to my funds in my account the same day. no way of paying in or withdrawing money. effectively closing my business on the spot. spoke several times with customer services who were less than helpful, spoke to customer services managers who were even less helpful.
was told I would receive and email in how to get my money, never did ANOTHER LIE
after over 10 phone calls I was given an email address where I had to send a new bank account statement for them to send funds which would take unto 30 days ANOTHER LIE!
still got no money, no updates, no reason for closing account. any review I make on here or numerous other sites they manage to remove! absolute con artisits, stay away at all costs they will shut your account and hold your money! read the reviews I am not the only one!
Still have not received any of my own money.
I have since contacted a financial media outlet who informed me I am not the only person to have made them aware of Cashplus doing this to customers unannounced!

Cashplus: Absolutely Horrendous!

Cashplus is an absolute joke! My account got locked, and I couldn't even access my own money! I tried contacting customer service, and they were useless! Slow as molasses and couldn't care less! I provided all the information, and they just brushed me off!

Don't bother with Cashplus! Their service is garbage! Let me tell you, if you want to avoid trouble, steer clear of Cashplus! They're utterly unreliable!

Really Bad Bank !!!

Cashplus long standing well used business account.
Yet again another problem from nowhere on Tuesday 23rd April 2024 my account has been restricted no access no transfers no communication at all from CASHPLUS until I called them to ask what was happening.

no one can answer and still not had a call and email a letter nothing.

Shame on you Cashplus.

I have still had no communication from Cashplus I am not sleeping and so very stressed out with this

Atrocious Service & Ethos

Atrocious service. Bank account open for months with an initial deposit made. No subsequent correspondence until recently attempted to log in and found this was not possible. Phoned customer services and was told that they had written to ask for additional information (not received) and being as we did not respond, they are closing the account and no way to access the funds until this has been to the review team. No way to access our money to date. Useless customer service agent and when asked to speak to a manager, they refused. If a zero star could be awarded, we would do so.

Very easy and straightforward to open…

Very easy and straightforward to open my business bank account.
Can not fault this bank. I tried opening a business account with my existing bank who I have been with 30 years and they have have been dithering. Yet Cashplus bank soon sorted my business account within few hours. Can not fault this bank. They are an example of how other banks need to do and follow their example.

Cashplus +plus

I like the way cashplus does it's best to be there for the customer, putting what's best for us. For them to trust with overdraft makes good team building.
