I think Freemans have a great choice and the orders are always sent very quickly. But, I am very disappointed with their sizing. I ordered 4 blouses, all the same size, 2 were too small and the other 2 were like tents!
I do not understand why there is such a big difference. It is no wonder that people order more than one size to try on as they never know what they are going to get!

I find there is a variety of choice, and a selection of sizes. Not all items look like their pictures but most are very similar. The items are sent quickly and also you're able to return when it suits. I have had ordered a few things lately and what I would like to comment about the clothing being returned does not come under a heading on the return list. I ordered a lovely blue/green wrap but it was so static it clung to me, whether it would have been better after a wash I don't know but sent it back but you are not able to make such a comment about it on the returns sheet.

After reading some mixed reviews I was a little bit hasty about ordering but I was so please when I ordered my trainers that they came exactly as I asked the next day with full tracking from Evri. Freemans were the only place I could find my trainers which I love due to sensory issues. (Nike dawns) I can honestly say I will be shopping from them again great service all round!

I ordered a navy stripe jumpsuit & looked forward to receiving it.Evri notified me when it would arrive & I went to open it .Inside was a black velvet beaded jacket even though the invoice said it was a navy striped jumpsuit!I have returned it & I am waiting for an explanation!

As always great products that were despatched the very same day- only hiccup was the delivery drivers van broke down ,so that wasn't as quick as it normally would be - but not his fault tbh- all in all extremely pleased.

My has run a freemans catalogue for a number of years and never missed a payment. In March of this year she paid her catalogue on the day the statement was issued. Apparently this was a bad move because they credited it to the previous month, because THERE system cant handle you paying it on the day the statement is issued ,which according to Freemans meant we hadn't paid anything that month and charged us a default fee. GET YOUR HOUSE IN ORDER. HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE HAVE YOU RIPPED OFF and they haven't noticed.

Great service from freeman’s regarding delivery and returns.
Unfortunately the shorts I ordered were not a good fit, they were too baggy and looked like old fashioned tennis shorts.
Last year I purchased kaleidoscope brand shorts - I thought the ones I ordered were the same unfortunately not. I wanted a longer pair of shorts (Bermuda style) to which there is little choice. Hope you can have more in the longer shorts in a more fashionable style.

This is the first time I've ordered from Freemans. I ordered a black and white striped blazer. Unfortunately Freemans sent me a navy camisole.
I have spoken to customer services and they should be sending the correct item. I will wait and see. Returned the camisole via courier drop off.

Great experience with Freemans, I cannot tell you about their refund/ returns policy as I have NEVER had to use it!!! A great choice of merchandise,from footwear to garden tools....

Terrible customer service. Tried to cancel my order 3 times and was told to contact you again but it was delivered immediately after the last contact. This means the parcel was delivered to my old address 2 hours away and I can’t return it so will be charged for something I haven’t received. I will not be ordering again and will close my account asap
