Agree with the players here, same names winning games, any specials or frees, always the same people, you see the same people winning over and over on the premiere jackpots, same names several times in fact... how can that be "random"??!!!
Come on Mecca, get your act together. Sick of seeing same people winning big ALL THE TIME don't tell me its random and down to luck blah blah blah.
You mention anything about same winners on chat you are shot down.... not allowed to mention the fact.

Loose women bingo to, same woman will win in there several times a day, often three games out of 5, but strangely enough she never thanks mecca or says a thing on the chat. Funnily enough the very big winners never do....

Been a member for a couple years now,been tonight 46 games of bingo in total and only 7 winners on books the rest were on max boards,not been funny but if you wanna sit there like a lemon looking at a screen stay at home on your laptops,these have ruined the whole concept of bingo won't be going again

Joined the mecca website and received the welcome bonus. The website was a little overwhelming at first but is pretty easy to navigate and enjoyed playing some the games on offer.

However, the next day I was locked out of my account as it needed to be verified. Sent pictures of the documents requested and was advised to wait 72 hours to be verified. Contacted the help team after 3 days and received a reply saying "they have received my documents and are still in the process of verifying my account. Been nearly a month and still locked out.

I would suggest to avoid or cash out any winning before signing out.

I'm in total agreement with many of the real players and reviews on here, the same names continue to pop up and it's clear these are either bots 😕 or they're real players and because they are big time players that Mecca is prioritising who wins and who doesn't through algorithms, it's disgusting that they're allowed to get away with it, why are these gaming sites not being monitored? I won't be playing any of them again I am disabled and just wanted to break the boredom of being at home so much, instead of enjoyment I feel completely cheated by Mecca bingo online. I stand completely by all of the above. How Mecca bingo online works anymore is not my concern I have removed the app from my device. Nothing that Mecca reviews has changed my mind I am not the only person of the opinion that there's a pattern of the same names "people/bots" winning on a daily basis. Mecca isn't going to admit to this of course, but still felt that others should be aware and when I read through the reviews I saw that I was NOT the only person with the very same opinion that bots or algorithms are being used to generate the same winners or bots on a daily basis

Waited nearly a week to be verified, but they took my money first and now won't return it until I'm verified, taking my money eventually and won't be playing on this site! Poor customer service, you ring on hold for 15 minutes and then get cut off!

There is no Mecca bingo club to leave a review sadly but I'll leave it on here .
I've been to most Leeds Sheffield Wakefield and there shocking. Staff are terrible don't offer coffees. Bonuses are switched off when bingo is been. Played so if u go just for slots beware of this . They cater for regulars known by first name and most of the time your paying for the regulars big wins which I've seen far too often now .. Buzz and Mecca bingo halls are a collecting hub stay away .

I was disgusted to see a Ch on the site today 13/04/2004 refer to female race goers at the Grand national as "I thought they were supposed to be classy" and "they remind of those women on pretty woman". The women she is referring to are probably hard working women who have 1 day out at the races each year who us she to judge anyone in that way, how disrespectful

This site is appalling
When you DO eventually get in (after 10 minutes of glitching ) there are thousands playing for the larger prize games .
NEVER get any returns which is expected ,that’s what gambling is about BUT what I find REALLY concerning is the same names popping up regularly winning the main prizes in Bingo games .
I can actually list the names who are regular main prize winners .
Therein something is “off” big time
Approach this site with caution and keep your eye out for the multiple combinations of usernames with the same format plus the number of “granny /nana /combinations !!
But same format for usernames as well ,same amount of numbers /letters etc .
Played daily and seldom had any sort of return
Could just be bad luck but the repeat of winning players REALLY odd

Mecca is good but some of the people/CH aren't! They're rude and anytime you try and type in chat you get ignored and most of the CHs has favourites and some of the stuff they talk about is disturbing! And there's one person in particular who is such a pick me pick me and don't like it when they get spoken to wrong but yet has no issue bullying someone else! If there wasn't a chat the site would be alot better!

Mecca is a gambling site, you need to put in to be rewarded. I absolutely love Mecca I’ve been a member for years now and I absolutely love the site, love the chatters and I love the chat hosts everyone is so welcoming!
Tbh there are a lot of moaners but it’s actually kinda funny to read. But bullying is absolutely not okay , the game is based on luck… if it’s not your lucky day then don’t be a sore loser just keep trying, your luck will come around!
Honestly the people who have gave Mecca a bad review are probably people who have signed up just for the free bingo! I have nothing bad to say about Mecca … I will continue being a member for many years to come.

the customer champions are terrible by the time you manage to speak or text chat. standard response in dealing with cash returns. My account card was lost, the system allows you to add new card, however unable to remove old card. withdrawal requests bounce back, days to have someone manage my account.
Shame really, as i enjoyed playing the multiple games.

Love the LFS roomies. So welcoming, chatty and a good bunch of laughs. Sometimes get the negative Nellie's in the free games but what is bingo without its moaners. I cant believe these reviews tbh, I have been a member of Mecca for many years and will continue to be a member for years to come, Seen loads of changes over the years some good and some not so, But it is what it is ! If you dont like it dont play no-one forces you, some people need to look up the word GAMBLING in the dictionary, and all them that moan about same winners can you not be happy for someone that pays their money just like you and has a bit more luck and probably they have a more positive attitude.
I have seen bullying but it tends to get nipped in the bud pretty quickly sometimes by fellow players or if CH is in room they do it, but there has been a few cases that the bully turns round to play the victim !
Mecca defo have the best CH's they enjoy a laugh and have great banter. also have the best players.
