Banned from promotions
I had been playing for over 6 months and deposited regularly, albeit small amounts. I loved the free tournaments and daily free spins, you felt like you were getting that bit more for your money.
I received an email stating I'd been excluded from ALL promotions as listed above for "business reasons".
They should NOT be advertising these promotions, if they are going to randomly exclude certain legitimate players/paying customers, without proper explanation, and still allow other players to continue to receive them. The paid for stuff is still operational?!!!!!!
I full understand terms and conditions and the need to remove benefits from certain individuals. However, there seems to be a theme going on here. Reading other reviews - "you've benefitted enough from promotions". If that's the case, it begs the question: are they suspending winners accounts too because they have also "benefitted enough"?
To deny genuine players, full access to the site they're paying for is unprofessional and an absolute disgrace. They were heftily fined for a lack of social responsibility (publicly available information) This is taking it too far. At this rate, they'll have no customers left, and I, for one, will be glad! Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a company as large as they are. Their practices need auditing and they seriously need to be taken to task, again, by the GC.
