Withdrawal requests - I have made a few withdrawal requests recently and I found it very strange that they are splitting the payments. Withdrew £50, they have refunded £30 and £20 says on its way. 2 weeks ago I won £250, nothing showing on my account and had to chase for the payment which then came in all small separate payments. The site is corrupt. I spoke to a CM once on the site and she told me they play under separate names for the winnings to go back to them. The company needs fully auditing and inspected as something isn’t right. Same names winning all of the time and all they say is it’s luck. Bull

Come on gala I'm considering closing my account again for lack of no chat being on life ban I miss that more than bingo but my luck here is as bad as foxy. Foxy pays out a little more but gala hasn't and slots eat my deposit despite putting fiver every other week on. I know it's luck but I'm getting nothing my loss limit is always down. Change my luck gala or time for another site....!

I had been playing for over 6 months and deposited regularly, albeit small amounts. I loved the free tournaments and daily free spins, you felt like you were getting that bit more for your money.
I received an email stating I'd been excluded from ALL promotions as listed above for "business reasons".
They should NOT be advertising these promotions, if they are going to randomly exclude certain legitimate players/paying customers, without proper explanation, and still allow other players to continue to receive them. The paid for stuff is still operational?!!!!!!
I full understand terms and conditions and the need to remove benefits from certain individuals. However, there seems to be a theme going on here. Reading other reviews - "you've benefitted enough from promotions". If that's the case, it begs the question: are they suspending winners accounts too because they have also "benefitted enough"?
To deny genuine players, full access to the site they're paying for is unprofessional and an absolute disgrace. They were heftily fined for a lack of social responsibility (publicly available information) This is taking it too far. At this rate, they'll have no customers left, and I, for one, will be glad! Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a company as large as they are. Their practices need auditing and they seriously need to be taken to task, again, by the GC.

I only won £12.06, I cannot get it out because I do not have a driving license nor a passport. I am a UK British citizen, but because I suffer from severe mental health I cannot get that little bit of money out. I am on benefits and that £12.06 will get me some essentials. Mind blowing!

No help at all.
They are keeping my winnings from me, I have waited since the 30th march and still nothing.the emails that are sent are automated, they have made me send bank statements to show no money was received but still withholding money and what makes it worse is that it’s only £15.

I reported that there was some fake wins on the bingo with these same 10 names popping up on their site and foxy. I had pictures and video proof. They would not reply to me till i hammered them with messages. Then would you believe it after a month of this them names stopped. But not some other names keep popping up and they are the same as each other but with different numbers on the end!
They don’t care as they are not in this country.

I had to give one star as 0 stars is not an option!
Stupid advert wanting new players to sign up yet blocking other players!
They claim they have to abide by the gambling commission rules which if you read into it clearly means they will have to block you as they would be caught out for NOT giving you wins as you would have consistantly lost money
Slow draggy site with spin wheels that constantly randomly spin out of control till you get another loosing reel
Hope they cease trading as sites like this shouldn't be allowed to exist !

I went to play FREE tournaments, clearly listed free, showing free spins available but when I clicked play it took me straight away to real money mode without any notification and I was not aware that I'm using my balance ( likely I only had few £ on my account). I contacted galabingo to notify them about this technical issue ( I did not ask for any refund or anything) but they don't see a problem. I contacted them again as the same problem happened next day but this time they replied : "we have decided to limit your participation in future offers and promotions." How lovely. I will be reporting them to traiding standards.

Getting worse and worse

Have been a player for over 12 months. Yesterday I was barred from playing anymore free bingo or free slot games. No explanation except it was "a business decision " I deposited occasionally but not every week. This should not matter should it? They still allow me to play paid games though!!! Funny that!!!!

Extremely unstable platform which crashes often. This was often between games meaning you missed the beginning of some. Reinstalled at least a dozen times to no avail. Clear the cache would be their answer. App and browser just as bad.

Cannot speak to anyone, needs to all be submitted in writing but if you have multiple questions, a different person could answer each one meaning sometimes having you repeat yourself.

Bingo paid out on a few occasions so not much complaint there and withdrawals not a problem either. They took away the free bingo and replaced it with a bingo tournament which takes an hour at a time. Not helping with responsible gambling if you ask me as you have to complete it to get anywhere on the leader board.

However, Slots definitely rigged. They have a free slots section which I'm sure was full of made up players always winning the top prizes. When you then play the game with money, you get nothing like the amount they show you can potentially win on the freebie game.

Come on Gala. Reply to me directly please and tell me why I've been barred. Email is fine, or on here!!!

My partner just won the ‘cash’ option in the daily free spin, £50… amazing, he showed me because he couldn’t believe his eyes as the site never pays out… ever. He clicked play here and what a surprise, no money, not even bonus money like we expected since once again, they never pay out. Into a chat he goes and they have literally denied him winning and will only honour it if he can prove with a screenshot… now who takes a screenshot before they even know there’s going to be a problem? Mystic Meg maybe… and to make matters better, they’ve offered him free spins as a “solution” to now find it is 1 free spin per £1 he deposits hahahaha honestly the site is laughable. As obvious from other reviews on here.Deposited £5 to get 100 free spins.Only made £15,but block immediately placed on account,and had to verify I.D. with numerous things.Have carried out said verification,and yet,can still not access account and small winnings.Not quite sure how they can be allowed to trade with the amount of negativity aimed towards them.
