I first contacted Majestic Lake Financial on 12/3/2017 for a small short term emergency loan. I appreciated the ease in using their services and continued to use the occassionally through 2019. My last loan which I paid in full was on 10/20/2019. After that time I requested to no longer be contacted because I no longer needed their services. I asked to speak to a manager to ensure my request would be taken seriously. i asked to receive an email confirmation but never received one. Communication ceased for some time but it resumed. From at least all of 2020 and presently i constantly receive phone calls even though I've blocked them as well as mail regarding their service. This feels like harassment and I want it to stop! Please help.If they do not stop contacting me I would like restitution from them in the amount of $5,000 or more.Business response
