New to UW and helped to use it well

Have rung a number of times since joining five weeks ago. Each time I call, after a very few options to press -all of which respond the moment one selects one - I am spoken to by a human being who listens carefully and patiently, to my query, makes sure (s)he undestands what I am asking, and then without rushing answers it fully. Just superb.

Join the best, & beat the rest

Such a quick & easy process, all I did was ring them, gave them a bit of information they did everything else. They kept in touch with me all the way while I was transferring to them.
Cheaper standing charges & unit prices than most.
I have gas, electric, phone & broadband got a fantastic deal less than £110 a month.
I would certainly recommend Utility Warehouse,

Fantastic company and service

We’ve been with utility warehouse for over 7 years now and they are excellent. You can always speak to someone, they work hard to resolve any issues and have been totally transparent about pricing etc during the increase. We have gas, electric, internet and mobile with them.
We recently had an issue with our broadband where open Reach has accidentally switched our phone line. UW were really great through the whole process, and were able to get it resolved.

Ulitily Warehouse

As usual every time I speak with someone from Utility Watehouse I find so helpful and willing to go out of their way to get the best deal available for you.
Yesterday 29th April I spoke with 4 different people sorry can't remember names but every individual was a credit to Utility Warehouse.
I've been with Utility Warehouse for over 20 years so keep up the good work.

A very happy customer

I called for an enquiry and while I was on the phone David did few checks on my broadband speed and noticed it was very low. Within 2 days it was all sorted, an engineer was sent to fix it, my Internet is fast and it all happened around Mt free time so no stress at all.

Customer support excellent !…

David went over and above to help me with my query regarding roaming abroad. This he did despite that fact that he is the tech customer support and I had been incorrectly connected to him.
He was friendly polite and very knowledgeable.
These days customer support can be very poor, my experience was excellent! thank you David.

Awfull company AVOID

Awfull company, went with UW when i purchased a property recently, they took a BS reading from national database and billed me over 500 pounds in my 1st month, which is 300 pounds more than i owe. Its taken many hours with many people at UW trying to sort their mistake out, cannot understand anyone accents in the call centers, so that doesn't help either. Im strongly considering leaving once this is resolved.

Queries take a few calls, emails to be resolved

Had called to ask for credit to be transferred back to me & monthly amount adjusted. Spoke to a very friendly person. Received calls from the same person twice, saying I will see it on my next billing cycle. Nothing done. Such a waste of time trying to resolve queries. 2nd similar experience 😏

Positive experience as a new customer

I got through straight away which is a huge plus for me. Also the advisor was very patient, knowledgeable and supportive and my Internet connection issue was resolved in a few minutes. So overall very happy first experience since I have joined in.

My son was helping me change payment

My son was helping me change from one account to another for payments to you .
He and I were so pleased with the way the assistant dealt with us on the phone , made us smile and say - ‘that was nice’. We have always had really good personal service from you when we have asked for it .

Fantastic Service & Extra Money Off Too!

I love the 1-2-1 personal service with having your own UW partner & the fantastic customer service centre. I also love all the little extras like money off your bill just for referring someone to your UW partner & getting even more money off your bill when you use the cash back card for just doing your normal everyday shopping

Fantastic service from the Bereavement Team at UW

My late father had been a customer with Utility Warehouse for many years. Following his death early last year the Bereavement Team at UW have been fantastic. Only very recently have we concluded the sale of his house and the final utilities bills settled. UW placed no pressure on us regarding payment and suggested that all could be settled once the house was sold. Really fantastic service, polite and understanding.

So far Most excellent 👌

Best ever Easy App to use Customer service quick to answer and resolved my request professionally politely efficiently and effectively I couldn't be happier. So glad to be free of Scottish Power who made my financial situation with them impossible due to their total lack of responsibility, untimely responses and sheer ignorance. One hand couldn't tell you what the other was doing even if it slapped them in the chops.

Very efficient company with simple processes

From intial meeting to setting up all the services it has been so easy and all involved very friendly and efficient, Added bonus no waiting on the phone each time answered straight away with a knowledgeable member of staff. The cashback card is brilliant have saved so much money.

After 2 years since UW…

After 2 years since we became a UW customer, and having lots of problems with them in the first few months, it is clear they have improved.
However, their online systems are still prone to not work and then they are not easy to contact to rectify issues or complaints.
But their customer service has improved and their costs for providing electricity plus payments for solar panels under FIT are very competitive.

Prompt response and guidance

They attend to issues promptly and they make follow up, reminding you of actions that need to be taken, if you delay responding. They are very helpful, if you make a call be assured your issue will be resolved if it’s in their power, or they will direct you on what to do.

I have cancelled my direct debit with…

I have cancelled my direct debit with this fraudulent company! I will be moving onto another company! I was told i will be paying £112 a month and you took £171.86 from account in a 1 bedroom flat i live in for only half a month. I will be calling my bank to retract this payment and will no longer use direct debit with this company, As you are clearly untrustworthy. In utter disbelief!

Excellent Service
