1. SIGN UP:
Go to https://carelink.minimed.com/app/login
(Click through any error message to “Continue” even if you
happen to get some type of browser message initially)
*CareLink is now Java-free and more compatible than ever!
Click the “Create Account” Button and Register to use the system.
Create a Username and Password you can share with your team.
SIGN IN:
Sign in using your Username & Password by clicking continue. If you’ve created a login profile before but don’t remember the password, you can reset it here!
Once you login, select your language and go through the consent terms.
INSTALL UPLOADER & UPLOAD:
Click on “How to Install Uploader” the first time you are uploading from
a certain computer, to activate the USB port to read your Linked Meter USB
Download software, activate/install it, following instructional prompts.
After that is completed, you’ll only ever need to click “Upload Now”.
