1Launch Mozilla Firefox. It's a round icon depicting a fox curled around a globe. If you can't find it, search for Mozilla in the Start menu.

2Navigate to the menu. Click on the triple bar (≡) icon in the top right corner to extend the menu.

3Navigate to account settings. Click on your Mozilla account name (usually your email address) from the drop-down menu to open the Firefox Account settings.
- Alternatively, type about:preferences?entrypoint=menupanel#sync in the address bar and hit ↵ Enter.

4Click on the Disconnect button. You will see it on the right side of your account name.

5Confirm your action. Click on the Disconnect button from the pop-up screen to sign out of your browser.
