After 1.7 update of Inj2 mobile game, there are some players who can't access their game profile due to server issue (error 570). It has been almost 3 weeks but the customer team (CS) refuse to update us on the investigation progress. This error actually existed 2 months ago & the CS team promised that it will be resolved in last update. 

Thus, to protect the players right especially those who spent money in this game, we demand NetherRealm Studious (NRS) take proper action on this current server issue (and also in future..) covering the following aspects:

1. The investigation result with an estimated date on when will it be fixed.
2. Confirm in writing that on a proper compensation will be granted to all affected players.
3. Maintain an open line of communication with the players to work out a solution.
