If you have lost access to your Image-Line Account - See here.
 
To change your sign in email:
 
  • Sign in to your 'Image-Line Account' page.
  • Go to the 'Personal data' tab.
  • Under 'Email' enter the new email address you like to use to sign in in the future. NOTE: If this email is already in use in our database because you created another account - you will be notified. See here.
  • You will receive an email confirmation message to the new address, make sure to confirm the change from the link in the email.
 
To change your password: 
 
  • Sign in to your 'Image-Line Account' page.
  • Go to the 'Personal data' tab.
  • Under 'Change Password' enter the 'Current Password' and the 'New Password'.
  • The new password will be effective immediately. 
  • Logout and test it. If you have made a mistake, use the Forgot password? link.
