SCAM MERCHANTS

I ordered and paid for a watch which hasn't been shipped. Ioffer are not interested and say contact Paypal. Its a scam as they take your money and leave you dangling. I will see if Paypal will refund my money.

This site should be taken down and how do they get permission to take your money through PayPal? Surely Paypal have thousands of complaints
about Ioffer.

They should be retitled IofferNOTHING

Poor display of online shopping!

Can I give 0 out of 5 marks review for ioffer here?
I got the same experience with ioffer. After 40 days buying a product, I have not received it. I asked several times to send me refund or resend another, no response from seller. i was refused by ioffer too to help me as they asked themselves as a platform nothing else.
If you want to waste of your money, buy from those thieves at ioffer, otherwise BE AWARE FROM THOSE ROBBERS.

Scammer

I purchased a bracelet off iOffer Sunday night, the seller replied fast and was polite. He requested payment - okay fair enough I chose PayPal in case anything went wrong. Of course, it went wrong. By Wednesday, my item had not yet been shipped - even though he promised to ship it ASAP. I asked for a tracking number, which he provided - only to be INVALID.

I waited the 48 hours to check the tracking number again in case it hadn't been updated in the system. Nothing. I promptly message the seller on iOffer, unlike before I get absolutely no reply . . . after a day and a half past, I decided to reach out via PayPal.

He replied with a one line, Hello, full refund . . . I just wanted the item, but I don't mind taking my money back. Better than nothing.

This is from a seller with 100% REVIEWS!!!! I'm not sure how they're getting such high ratings and operating with such poor customer service. Definitely would not recommend purchasing anything from this website - unless you use PayPal. Not even the seller reviews can be trusted....

NEW NIKE FLYKNIT AIR MAX SPORTS RUNNING TRAINER SHOES aiqinfafafa (7072)

DONT ORDER FROM aiqinfafafa (7072) they dont let you post the truth on feedback :( but Horrible please don’t order from this seller, they lied so many times about when they were going to send the package, really wanted to believe i would get what i paid for but instead, they stole 40 euro from me, first they said my package got lost in the mail 'Friend, I am sorry to tell you the bad news, I just check the information, the post office told me that this package is lost, I have re shipped to you, usually 18-28 days will be able to receive, please wait, thank you' that was on the 21st of June and on 14th Aug. I emailed asking about my package because i didn’t receive it, they give me someone else tracking number which did go to Ireland but to another county NEW ROSS, CO WEXFORD which is about 300 miles from me in Co. Donegal even the name on the package was LAURA PALUSKAS which mine is Gareth so please they might have a good reputation from doing small deals but if you want to lose your money then order from these people sorry this was so long but didn’t want people getting caught the way i did so please stay clear from the seller they are not to be trusted and ioffer won’t help hopefully i will get charge back last time i use this site, I have used this site before and was ok but your just gambling with your money if you order from this site. thanks Gareth

Poor quality of customer service

I've been trying very hard to sort out a situation with Ioffer for few weeks now. They are not taking payments via credit card, they keep saying its a temporary thing. I'm an international user, and they want me to pay via other means. 'Skrill' which I joined for the purpose of paying and have tried relentlessly to use the service, to no avail. 'Check / money order' option - it says no foreign checks. 'Bitcoin' is the final option, but I cannot understand how this company works.
In the meantime, I am not allowed to use the site, due to unpaid fee's.
I cannot have tried any harder.
They are now just completely ignoring me, via Facebook and Email.

$10,000.00 fraudulent CC charge attempted

The very first time I ever tried to use this site my payment wouldn't go through when I paid even though I know my Visa is good and I know I'm not overdrawn. Then almost immediately after I entered my credit card information on iOffer I was contacted by fraud prevention at Wells Fargo Bank because someone was attempting to charge TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS on that very same Visa card. This is the only place I entered the info (right under their little "Security Metrics-Certified safe payment logo...which is probably also fraudulent)
DO NOT enter ANY financial information on this site...IT IS NOT SECURE at all. I've just had to cancel my credit card and have a new one issued.

Used to be perfect but not anymore!

From 2007 ioffer was my No1 shopping site after ebay of course.
Great items, decent sellers, quick deliveries, fabulous imitations of expensive brands (as all the industries were located in China at the time), pay pal payments etc
Unfortunately after pay pal banned many Chinese sellers, ioffer left uncovered the buyers, so you might buy anything directly with credit card but this is unsafe as 90% of the sellers in and out of China have become untrustworthy. Of course there are still a few good sellers from Europe, Singapore and US but you can never be sure who is ok and who isn't. If ioffer had a way like aliexpress to cover the buyers, even without pay pal i think it would be still a fabulous site to shop.
A few months ago i bought a pair of Nike shoes from China and i never received them and of course i couldn't get my money back but at the same time i bought 2 Michael Kors watches from Singapore and they both arrived with a valid tracking number.
So if you conciser buying from ioffer just be 100% sure first and check all the recent ratings of the seller you choose to buy from and have in mind that there is a big chance not receiving the item. Also as China nowadays uses many different tracking numbers, have in mind that many of them don't really work (this isn't always an evidence that you won't receive the item you've bought).
From my point of view it's all a matter of luck!!!
