How to login to sandbox.paypal.com with new -facilitator created account?

Hello,
I created new account in paypal with my email
me@yahoo.com and in sandbox part of my paypal dashboard I see that
Sandbox account me-facilitator@yahoo.com was generated

as I understood
next I have to login to sandbox.paypal.com/mep/dashboard under this generated me-facilitator@yahoo.com
account and the same password I used for me@yahoo.com creation .
Is it so ?

But I got error :
Some of your info isn't correct. Please try again.

Has I somehow to activate my me-facilitator@yahoo.com account ?

What did I miss?

Would it not be better to contact PayPal support for help with this?

I asked on https://www.paypal-community.com 3 days ago and still no any feedback. Maybe somebody knows from personal expierence ?
