I'm sorry to read so many negative reports about Cadence. However, I can honestly say that I've had no problems resolving any issues with Cadence or when it was BancorpSouth. And I know for sure two Cadence Bank teller windows open on Saturday mornings from 9-12 within 6 miles from my address. Sorry again for your complaints, but I am very thankful for my positive banking experiences with Cadence.
Terrible service. Been banking with Bancorp/Cadence since 2012. Someone stole from me and used my card, but because I knew the person and had a previous relationship with them, they denied all disputed charges. Beware! They don't care at all.
I had a large check deposited into my account from a reputable bank. They put a nine-day hold on it. I didn't like it, but okay. When the nine days were up, they came up with another reason not to release it. Worst bank experience, horrible customer service. Stay away from this bank. I put one star because it did not give me the option of zero.

Do not get a mortgage with this bank. Employees are so incompetent, not to mention their bad attitudes and terrible customer service. I've been trying to resolve an issue since October to no avail. I have never experienced anything like this in my entire life, and I'm a senior citizen. It has been very stressful, to say the least.
The reviews I've been reading and the customer service I received today really are scary. Although the branch and employee I opened my account with was extremely pleasant and helpful, my experiences with other branches has been very disturbing, even customer service put me off, as it were an inconvenience to answer my questions. I am so uneasy now I will definitely seek out another bank.
Since BANCORPSOUTH sold to cadence my service has exacerbated! the clown in Oxford, Randy, isn't even good giving lip service! They cut their daily hours and are now close Saturday mornings. Their phone options do not allow simple access to bank reps. I will make plans to change my accounts from cadence. C'MOM MAN!
Horrible customer service and online website! No one knows what they are doing; they have disrespectful attitudes. The website is continually malfunctioning, personal information disappears, and they charge late fees for their issues causing payment delays. We will be closing our account after having to deal with this bank that purchased accounts from BancorpSouth.
NEVER USE THIS BANK! Worst customer service. I was told three different things and they still don't have anything right. We lost my mother and even though I have court docs saying I am the executor, given a death cert, and my DL...they still refuse to even answer what the payoff balance is...and they are pulling an unauthorized amount out of her account!
Walked into the bank, since it is in front of my condo and asked if they had a notary, which a gentleman replied, "I am, come on in and have a seat". I walked over pulled out the piece of paper I needed notarized and as he got ready to do it he then stopped and said, "oh, do you have an account here". I said no, but I live across the street and would be glad to pay or even talk about an account, to which he put his stuff up and said he only does it for bank customers and then allowed me to leave. As I was leaving, a couple other bank employees were sitting watching it happen and none of them thought, oh good will, or good service or anything. I don't expect anything from people for free but after calling me in and getting his stuff out, I mean it was a simple stamp and would have gone a long ways to making me want to bank there. It obviously is a corporate thing, so I will never bank there.

Do not bank with these people! They do not protect you are your money!! They are sneaky and out the blue will start charging you service charges! You can get your money took by merchants who didn't even provide the service to you and they will take the word of these people as proof and continue to allow these people to tale your money! I will make sure I tell everyone I know not to back with this bank. Banked with them for 20yrs and honestly should have been left! They do not care about your money, do not give away your hard earned money banking with these people
Only getting one star cuz I can't give them a zero, for the last month in half the account has been going negative even when I don't spend anything and they have been double charging me and my wife for everything,we're moving to the bank my company uses, at least with them they are trusted with all my money, tried them because they were closer and the nearest bank that was to me was in Memphis which is 2 hours away so for my personal bank I tried cadence but never again will be closing my account today
They do not protect your personal information from hackers. They need a better security system to protect there customers. They need to do a better job.

Cadence Bank does not care about poor people or their loyal customers. You will be charged a seemingly pointless service fee just for them to hold your money for you. You will receive overdraft charges when they decide to process outgoing payments hours before they process your incoming funds. You will spend an 30 minutes trying to get someone on the phone only for them to tell you they can't and/or won't help. Bank elsewhere. Sincerely, a previous customer of 12 years.
I was with them for over 20yrs when they were the original bank. They closed my account without warning. My Army pension was sent back and it took months to correct it. If I wasn't married with my husband's income I could have been made homeless.

First I have been with this bank since 1984 I have made sizeable deposits many times. Made a deposit today at drive through had to sit forever waiting like a while they verified the check. I am really mad.
Since Cadence Bank took over Bancorp South it's been a nightmare. My account was set up to DECLINE if funds were insufficient. Not only did Cadence pushbthrmnthrough without a call, text or email (like Bancorp would do) they STOLE 72 dollars from me in the form of "overdraft fees" that they refused to refund despite the fact I fixed ot almost immediately. Thieves and terrible customer service on the phone line where the cowards treat you like a faceless number.
