UGH! What he said AND what she said AND what almost every single one of these reviews says. Don't walk, run away from this company! Pay your balance and don't ever use this card again. If you close your account it will negatively effect your credit score, so don't close it. Shame on you Firestone and CFNA, the worst company EVER!!!

They changed my credit limit while running my credit and did not inform me they were doing so. Go to look today and my credit limit has been cut in half because I didn't use it enough. Safe to say, that I will be canceling this account and sticking with other companies that care about their customers. I have been a customer for 8 years and it's a shame that this is what will end that. Do yourself a favor and don't sign up.

This is a subpar company at its best. When you pay towards the account it takes several days for them to process this. Their website is a confusion of misinformation without any true data to work with to keep your account in order. Their business practices are very sketchy at the best. Multiple times I have paid and their process ends up kicking back my payment and charging me a return fee. I would just look at these reviews on here and make your decision based on that.

This company deserves ZERO stars. I signed for a Firestone Complete Care credit card that is managed by Credit First. I received the bill and paid with Bank of America on April 1st. The company claims they did not receive the check until April 16th. I called Bank of America and confirmed the check was sent. I even had a Bank of America rep call an agent there to get them to waive the fee they charged. She supposedly couldn't see or do anything about the fee. Don't EVER do business with this company.

When I say they ONLY care about their bottom line, that's an understatement. No customer care, will avoid this business at all cost and will be posting about this experience on all my social media platforms.

Every interaction with the company was uncomfortable for me. Poor system and operation. I made a purchase in January and received an email saying your $20 reward had been redeemed. I logged in my account and confirmed my $20 reward had disappeared but not shown in the transaction yet. No credit appeared in the next two statement of Feb and March. I called and they told me my $20 reward still remained unapplied to any statement in my account EVEN THOUGH I received the redemption email and had no reward balance. They said the $20 would apply to a next purchase, but I decided to terminate the relationship ASAP.

After having closed my credit card in March, I logged into my account because I received an email about the new statement. I found there is negative $20 balance appeared. I called them to get a refund check, but they said NO bacause this is from the reward. Firstly, I failed to get the $20 due to their fault. Secondly, their response clearly violates Interactive Bureau Regulations - 12 CFR Part 1026 (Regulation Z) - § 1026.11 Treatment of credit balances; account termination.

30 + days since opening account after buying new tires. All throughout I was reassured my card would arrive on time to make a payment. I call today, after card not arriving within the 30 day period they said it would take over the phone. Late fees for not paying within 30 day period. I have been led straight into a scam, defeating the whole purpose of even getting the card. I asked about this to no avail, no policy to remove late fees they say. I asked to speak with a manager, system was down all of a sudden. I asked them to call me back, system was down they couldn't call me back. An absolute scam I'm telling you, I called 3 times just to make sure I was getting my payment done on time and STILL they managed to charge me late fees. 38 days out now, still haven't gotten my card.

A Credit Dispute Tale!!! It was a happy Friday, March 29th, 24. I realized an overpayment on my CFNA acct. Paid $207 instead $107. A good way to start a Friday with an extra $100 on my pocket. I just had paid in full the CFNA acct. Promotional period of 6 months had just expired on March 14th. I guess that's one of the reason I overpaid. I want to make sure I won't pay interests. After all, I haven't paid interests in the past 15 year. Proud of my 820 credit score.

I called CFNA. A friendly agent said she would more than happy help me. In just 3 minutes she told me just to wait 24-48hrs. It was April 2nd, checked my bank account and for my surprise the full $207 I had paid on March 1st had been reimbursed, for a bigger surprise my total balance now is $296. I quickly realized CFNA's mistakes. Basically canceled my March 1st payment with the April 2nd reimbursement. Now my account is delinquent, has late-fees and interests. From $100 on my pocket to own an extra $189. Easy fix I thought. Called and easily explained to the 1st agent. She was confused. She said, "You own $296," I patiently explained again. Well, a supervisor will check it. Call tomorrow.

Tomorrow come, called again. Oh, you own $296, are you paying it today? I said, please check the notes. Is there a supervisor note there? No sir, please call back in a week. A week come, called again. "Hi sir, you own $296, best we can do is a payment plan." Well, I said. You better do better than that. She paused confused. I asked, any supervisor note please? "No, I will transfer you to a supervisor then." Great, I will get this resolved. It's a no-brainer situation, I thought. Supervisor said, "Sir, you asked the payment to be reimbursed." I lost it. We had a yelling competition. Then realized their mistake. Today, April 10th I see late-fees and interests reversed. I was happy again, then I got an email.. CFNA has just reported your delinquent account to Experian. 30 points dropped on my Credit Score. OH MY!!!

This company is a complete fraud! I have paid the amounts I’ve accrued in full two times and both times they have caused me issues! I had paid the first time on a balance of $1200 and some change and they wouldn’t allow me to use the card again until the statement closed so Firestone had to hold my car for 5 days which caused so much stress on me!

The second time I paid it in full and they had credited my account $60 in rewards points and then tried telling me they returned the money to my account due to insufficient funds which is a huge lie and charged me $30 and then when I called and complained they credited it $15 but still haven’t taken my money and it still says I have a balance of $15 after paying another $1200 and some change. I will NEVER use this card again!! Firestone itself does a good job however the card company is a huge scam and if you are ever offered it I suggest you decline. They are liars and will mess with you anytime you use the card! FRAUDS AND SCAMMERS.

I charged $36.69 in January. I logged into my online account right away to set up my banking account for payment thinking that the balance would be paid in full amount on the due day. Well, it's not. As a result, I had two months lag time until I finally found out they did not provide this service. Due to the absence of an auto-payment feature, which I consider a basic service in today’s digital banking era, my balance escalated to over $190 in less than two months! This situation, to be frank, feels akin to a rip-off!!! Why on earth that they let you set up a banking account but no autopay service?
