Hi,

A customer of ours recently installed "Microsoft Online Services Sign-in Assistant for IT Professionals RTW"

onto their PC but noticed that when this was installed they could no longer login to Laserfiche (v9) using their Active Directory account. After uninstalling they were able to login again. Is it possible to have this installed and still use Laserfiche?

If you can provide more information that would be helpful. What is the reason for using this Microsoft Online Services Sign-in Assistant?

Hi John,

I'm not that familiar with the tools myself but the client was using them for running command-line/Powershell utilities for Office365 Exchange (setting account passwords to never expire etc.).

Though it was a one-off requirement to have these installed they are likely to use them in the future. I was interested in how this would affect the AD account authenticate to LF(??) and raise it should anyone else come across this! :)
