      On January 14th **** I signed up on their website, and immediately realized within less then an hour of being on the site that it was filled with fake accounts and scammers. I don't mean a few, I mean it's very obvious that the entire site is bogus.I sent a message to the company through their contact forum complaining of this and insisted the refund my money immediately and threatened to charge-back. Although they did reply, it was a response that was not a resolution, basically telling me they are not giving my money back but offering me free "upgraded" membership to their bogus site.Now, a month later, I am finding that when I "verified my email" upon signing up with the first site that in the fine print, that meant they were going to sign me up on a "partner" site and duplicate my profile. Now that "partner" site is billing my credit card.This practice is deceitful.I was in touch with the company immediately requesting they return my money and disable my account and they brushed me off. The services they provide are completely bogus and they should not in operation.Here is a quote from their email back to me "We totally understand your frustration, but as the payment has already been taken, the only offer we can provide you with is our compensation." and then they proceeded to offer me the upgraded services on their scam website.

We neither use any automatic systems to generate messages from users as well as we do not condone the use of such profiles. Under no circumstances do we send any mail that is not generated from members, because this practice would be illegal and completely unacceptable. We don't lure members into paying for a membership either. Our company does not promote our websites using these methods. We aim at genuine dating and use other methods of advertising. We are interested in spotting this profile and taking it off our database.

      While you were buying a membership at BeNaughty.com, there was an offer to get a free trial at IAmNaughty.com. It was a special offer '2 for 1' on the same payment page. Also, there was an option to refuse this offer by unmarking it. As we can see, this offer was accepted by you and you received confirmation emails from both sites to your email address. According to our Terms of Use, you could cancel any of these sites anytime before the expiration date online or by giving us a call. Unfortunately, you didn't do that and the charge for the next month has been applied. We have canceled your subscription. No further payments will be deducted from your account. Also, we have issued a refund for this amount.

      Today I went on the dating site BeNaughty.com and purchased a 3 day trial membership. After paying the $2.99 or so it asked if I wanted premium, when I hit the back button I thought all was ok until I get a $11.63 deduction from my account. Saying I purchased a premium package.. I clearly never ordered it and upon talking to customer service the woman ***** #**** spent 29min trying to convince me I wanted it. On speaking with ************ found out that wantmatures is there's as well, who so happend the do the exact same thing to me two months ago. She offered me one month plus ...plus. I said no I want my money back.

      Hello! Thank you for letting us know about this issue. After selecting a basic membership plan, which allows you to communicate, the site offers additional features. Premium Dater is a package of additional features, that includes 2 features Extra Benefits and Chataholic Pack, and gives you some benefits to the basic membership. As we can see from the records, you pressed the 'Continue' button and purchased these special features, as the purchasing time for the features coincides with the initial purchase. That page was clear to understand and the charge was not hidden. We assure you that your subscription is canceled so you won't be billed again. As requested, we have issued a refund to your initial account. Usually, it takes **** business days for a refund to appear on your account statement.

      Greetings!

      We have checked the system and we can see that you canceled the repeat billing on your profile, but after the expiration date, that's why you have already been re-billed for another period of subscription.

      There are 4 ways you can cancel your subscription:
      1) You can do it manually yourself on the site (go to My Settings and then Billing history);
      2) You can do it by calling Customer Support;
      3) You can do it via the Contact Us form;
      4) You can do it by email (as a reply to any site notification).

      Our customers always receive a confirmation email right after cancellation.

      At the moment we assure you that your subscription is now canceled so you won't be charged again.

      I used the website with the trial membership and did not want to have my account turn to a full membership automatically. I remembered to cance my membership a day before the last day and I still am receiving notifications stating money is trying to be deducted from my account. First around almost 50 dollars and then charges the following days for around half of that. I requested that I wanted to cancel my subscription and did it online and have the cancelation confirmation, yet money is still trying to be taken out my account. There is no money in it to begin with so it was declined, but Im frustrated with waking up and seeing money try to be taken from my account and I requested to cancel recurring billing. I dont want the services the site offers and I dont want a membership on the site. I just want them to stop trying to take money from me I dont even have money to begin with. I also want all my information taken off the website. Please stop trying to take money from my account. Im barely making it and I cant afford to have a company take money when I already said that I dont want their services. I already said I dont want the service yet everyday I wake up I see an attempted charge please understand my frustration and stop causing me trouble thank you

      10/27/2023 at approximately 1 AM I was looking at benaughty.com the honest guy truth somehow I got signed up for a membership. I dont recall putting any of my information in for a membership. However they charge my cash app card $26.49. I immediately messaged them canceled it and stated I didnt want a membership and they refused to give me back my money. Its just a huge scam. Its a complete scam, its sad that theyre even allowed to be on the Internet $26 might not be a lot of money to some people but its a lot of money for me . If you could help me get my money back great if not, please do something with this company. Theyre horrible. I dont know how they were able to do that. I dont know how or where I clicked on signing up for anything but Im pretty sure I didnt have a great evening, thank you for your time

      In March 2023, I purchase a 3 day subscription for $2.99. On June 8, 2023, they charged me $19.29. Then today (Oct. 7, 2023), I have a pending charge from them for $9.75.I attempted to deactivate my account and cancel the recurring billing online, which I never agreed to, and the process ends by directing me to a phone number. I called multiple times and the person kept saying that she couldn't hear me and that there was an issue with my phone (I have ******* 5G, full bars, nothing wrong with my phone). After multiple attempts I was finally able to get them to speak to me and deactivate my account, then I asked them to refund me the erroneous payments and they claimed that I agreed to a recurring subscription. I am beyond frustrated and this was such a scam!

On making the payment, a confirmation page is revealed (which it is recommended that you print out for future reference) stating that if you have taken an auto-renewal membership, you should cancel repeat billing yourself or ask customer support to do it for you when you no longer need it. Now we have canceled the subscription and no further payments will be deducted from your card. Also, we have issued a refund for these amounts. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

      I subscribed to be naughty for a one day subscription for $0.99. I immediately called and demanded they cancel my reoccurring subscription before the 24 hour deadline. The man tried to insist I stay on the reoccurring billing regardless of me demanding he cancel it. After saying he finally cancelled it, the company still takes money from me. I want to be off the company billing immediately

      I had registered on Iamnaughty.com using my email address ************************** I thought that they would only deduct $2.97 but instead they charged me additional $21.99 for no reason whatsoever. Now, the website is not letting me cancel the supposedly 'repeat payment cycle'. They have taken my money without any reason and now will not cancel my subscription, despite multiple emails. I am really scared that they will continue to empty my bank account, as I gave them my card detail. I request the company to please cancel my subscriptions and relieve me of this agony. I never expected them to take so much of my hard earned money. This website has caused me a lot of mental stress.
