Very helpful and polite call handler…

Very helpful and polite call handler when I called to change my subscription. No hard sell and a grateful and thankful man who couldn't be nicer to do business with.
Refreshing to have an easy and uncomplicated experience with a call centre.

Winnings Query

I joined Peoples Postcode Lottery at the end of March. I called to question why I hadn’t been paid £10 winnings from the 3rd of April draw.

The agent was very friendly and polite and explained that what I thought was a 3rd of April win, was in fact a notification date from a March draw.

She told me exactly how the draws work and said that in all cases, I would be contacted if I had any win.

Before the call end she asked me to confirm all my contact details to make sure they were all correct on their system.

A very efficient agent.

Phoned up again today.

Rang them again today to find out more info and they was so helpful and we was having a good conversation about anything and everything and had a good laugh. They explained everything and couldn’t have been more helpful. I recommended people’s post code lottery if you’re thinking of joining!

Friendly and helpful!

Contacted them via phone as I had won a gift voucher but couldn't redeem it. Spoke to a really friendly lady who helped me claim the voucher and also told me about the fundraising that had been done in the local area.

Positive review

The lady I spoke to was very helpful she gave very clear information I could not fault the staff. The only thing negative I could say was I was on the phone holding for customer service for 6 minutes before anyone was free, it was mostly a positive experience.

Easy payment when you win and will always be informed with winnings.

Process to sign up confusing

Process to sign up confusing, took me 3 attempts as wouldn't accept PayPal, which was my preferred way of paying. Needed to use both phone and tab to do bank details as kept logging me out after confirming bank details. In total took 5 attempts to join. But I'm now signed up with Postcode Lottery.

Cancellation of my subscription

After finding out to my horror two refer a friend vouchers have expired i on principle have today cancelled my subscription with people's post code lottery as will my friends will also be doing, l extremely disappointed,
It's crazy the vouchers couldn't be reinstated see as you run regular ads on TV touting people to join this must cost a fortune yet you choose to let me and my friends walk for you wrong doing, it scandalous! So we're out!

I am sorry to hear your refer a friend vouchers had expired. When you refer a friend the reward claim link is valid for 90 days. Once redeemed players have at least 12 months and up to five years to use the selected rewards.

Postcode lottery

Easy, really helpful if unable to do in the phone. The assistants on the phone help you and explain really well about postcode lottery and tell what’s they do and what they do for charity. Easy online as well and quick email back.

Very easy to sign up

I found signing up with Peoples postcode lottery very straightforward. The website was easy to navigate (even for me with being not to tech savvy) & only took about 5 minutes, if that.

The lady who I spoke to was very helpful and it was also nice to hear about how much money I had paid towards charity by doing the postcode lottery, she changed my bank details for me which was the reason for my call with ease
