Go to email for binder

It wasn't clear to me that I was going to receive my insurance binder via my email. I checked the email for a receipt of payment and found the binder and package describing the insurance coverage. There was a notice about where to call for problems. The only thing that needs to be added is go to your email for your binder.

This is wonderful

This is wonderful. It did not take me long to get my insurance coverage active. I did compare with other options and for about the same annual fee, Proliability offers way better benefits. Thank you.

I spoke to two people

I spoke to two people, and both went out of their way to help me . I had to be put on hold before being transferred but the customer service person kept checking back with me to make sure I wanted to hold or I could have them. Call me back. when I finally connected to the person who could help me. He did a great job of explaining everything. Great job for both of those people.

Very Professional, Quick, and Easy

Over a month trying to….

Over a month trying to allow my employer to pay my premium as a kind benefit. The check had to be resent and for over two weeks I’m told you guys couldn’t scan it in and then!!! On May 1 I get an email that a pdf form must be signed by me for 3rd party etc… she only wanted to pay the policy not make changes or anything.
You guys made it very difficult for us and so I just paid it myself and hopefully you do return the check you ever receive and fix the system for this type of transaction. For others too.

It is easy to renew online

It is easy to renew online, I just wish the bill was more detailed. There were costs that were not clearly identified. Also would appreciate if you had a program for reduced costs, incentives. Multiple other companies are offering slightly better rates but renewal process was so easy i stayed for another year.
