You can activate your Milestone Credit Card online or over the phone at (800) 305-0330. To minimize fraud, the card is not useable until it’s activated, but once you activate it online or over the phone, you can use it right away.
How to Activate Your Milestone Credit Card:
- Online: To activate your card online, log in to your online account, click the “Activate Your Card” link and then follow the prompts. If you have not yet registered for an online account, you can do so from the login page. To register for an online account, you will have to provide your card number, birthdate, and Social Security Number (SSN).
- By phone: To activate your Milestone Credit Card by phone, call (800) 305-0330. Then, enter your Social Security Number and follow the automated prompts to get connected to a representative.
You should activate your Milestone Credit Card as soon as you receive it, which is typically within 14 business days from when you were approved.
If you have not received your card within 21 business days, call at the number mentioned above. After 21 days, the issuer may close the account if the card is not activated and you have not reported it as lost or stolen.
