Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for positing and sorry to hear that!

May I ask you few things?

1. Have you ever succeed to log in Fusion 360?

2. Can you access myhub.autodek360.com through web browser?

3. Are you using Anti-Virus program? can you disable it temporarily?

4. Toggle Proxy Detection setting

  • Browse to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Internet Options
  • In the  Connections tab, select LAN settings
  • Try to Enable/Disable a Automatically detect settings option
  • Apply the changes and retest.

5. Reset the internet Option

  • Clear the browser cache (CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE while in web browser)
  • Browse to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Internet Options
  • In the Advanced tab, select the Reset button to reset Internet Explorer's settings to the defaults
  • In the Security tab, select Reset All Zones to Default level
  • In the Content tab, select Clear SSL state
  • Select Apply

6. Remove the LoginState.xml file and restart Fusion 360

  • (Close Fusion 360) In windows explorer browse to   C:\users\***\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Web Services
  • In the Web Services directory, right click on the LoginState.xml file and select delete
  • Restart Fusion 360

Hopefully this will help, I look forward to your reply.

Many thanks,

Ahreum Ryu,

About 5 days ago I signed up for Fusion 360 (ended my free trial) and I have been having the exact same problem.  I have not been able to fix it.  Help!

Ahreum,

I have been working on this issue for some time.  I have performed may
may tasks including a clean uninstalling and reinstalling Fusion.
Nothing has worked, but I have found the fix for me.  I uninstalled
Screencast and the problem seems to be fixed.  As you know Screencast
can be launched from within Fusion.

Thanks for the reply.

Aaron,

Here is what I said on 11-09-17:

I would suggest removing all apps/programs in fusion (like Screencast)
and disable (temporarily) any antivirus programs that could be blocking
the communication with fusion.

Although I'm an embed software designer, I choose not to learn windows
and what I do lean, I choose to forget.  So that's all I got! sorry.
Good Luck.

FYI:  I got my problem fixed by removing every running program at the
same time you are trying to log-in to fusion 360 and widows has a lot of
programs it runs.  Also, you should work with all window settings
(although this did not work for me).  Also, reinstalling fusion and
windows did not work either.

Another place to look is "sign in failure."

I will say this, Fusion 360 was worth the effort.

Hi,

I've been having the same sign in failure problem. I tried all the steps from the articles: proxy, anti virus, LoginState.xml file, clean uninstall... and still so results.

What's next?

You might want to add "check system time" in your list.

I installed Fusion 360 on a new machine. Same thing happened. Followed all these instructions but none worked. Then I happened to notice that my system time is not correct. Things went smoothly after system time synchronized.
