How do I get a PingID QR code?

On your new device, go to the appropriate app store. Then, download PingID. On your old device (the one you want to unpair), open the PingID app, tap the settings wheel and then tap Change Device. You'll see a QR code and pairing key.

How do I connect my device to PingID?

To pair your device with the QR code, from the PingID app on your device, point your device at the QR code in your browser. Tip: If you are unable to scan the QR code, on your mobile device, tap Enter Pairing Key Manually and enter the pairing key as shown on the registration page. The green Success!

How do I connect my PingID to my new phone?

On your new device, open the PingID mobile app and scan the QR code or enter the pairing key. Your new device displays a green Authenticated message with a check mark, confirming the pairing of your new device is complete, your old device is unpaired, and your organization is added to PingID.

How do I log into PingID?

The login URL for the PingOne Web Portal is: https://admin.pingone.com/web-portal/login. Specify the Administrator's username and password. The username is in the format of an email address.
