How can I email SSS ACOP online?

Make an appointment for ACOP-VC through e-mail at ofw.relations@sss.gov.ph or member_relations@sss.gov.ph with the required information.

How can I log in to my SSS account?

Step 1: Go to sss.gov.ph, then proceed to member log in. Type in your registered user ID and password in the Member Login portal, then submit. Be careful when entering your password as it is case-sensitive. For smooth, optimal viewing and functionality, the Social Security System recommends using Internet Explorer.

How to register on the SSS website

  2. Click “Not yet registered in My.SSS”
  3. Select one information as reported to SSS.
  4. Enter all information needed.
  5. A notice of registration will be sent to your registered email.
  6. Follow the instructions sent in the email to activate your account.

Can I withdraw my SSS contribution after 10 years?

However, once you become a covered SSS member, you become a member for life. The contributions that you remit become savings for the future that will serve as basis for the granting of social security benefits in times of contingencies. Membership cannot be withdrawn and contributions paid cannot refunded.
